Turtle Bay, Southampton Central

  

A Caribbean inspired cocktail and tapas bar with bottomless brunch. Wow these places are springing up all over Southampton. They are female friendly, a previously untapped market, and are riding a buzzing surge of popularity. Bottomless brunch and/or afternoon tea during the day, and a holiday atmosphere in the evening with high profit and popular cocktails and  tapas served.  The Turtle Bay chain was founded  in 2010 by Ajith Jaya-Wickrema who had recently sold the successful Las Iguanas chain he had created in 1991. They now have over 40 branches in the UK.
