Beer and wine shop on St James Road in Shirley. Used to be called Booze Shack. I like this place. It is relaxed and friendly, and the staff are happy to do deals and have a good chat. There seems to be a vibrant ambition about the place. It is bright and airy, and offers a very decent range of local beers at good prices, with reductions the more you buy. The downside is the location, but it's only round the corner from Overdraft, and the Wellington and Waterloo pubs, so it can be part of a crawl around Shirley.
