Clowns & Jesters, Bevois Valley
Clowns is the upstairs bar of the Jesters nightclub, notorious for being often voted or declared the worse night club in the UK due to the dirty condition, particularly the sticky floor, the vomiting, the fights, and the general lewd and offensive behaviour.

Pubs in Bevois Valley
Bevois Valley is an inner area of Southampton, lying between Portswood to the north, and Bedford Place to the south west. It mostly consists of a retail street with several student orientated night time pubs which links the student area of Portswood and the night-time area of Bedford Place, though there are mostly residential streets around with some pubs and shops. The small, mostly residential, area of St Denys to the north east has three traditional cask ale pubs, which would often be included on a pub crawl that involved some of the pubs in Bevois Valley (Guide Dog, Rockstone). St Mary's and Northam are to the south, though they have few pubs, and nothing special.
